Admission Cancellation Policies for Life Institute of Fertility Science
– If a candidate’s admission is not approved by our affiliated university, Andhra University (AU), their admission will be canceled, and fee reimbursement will be provided after necessary deductions.
– Admission will be canceled without refund if a student is found to have submitted fake or forged documents during admission or fails to submit the required original documents.
– Candidates can receive a complete fee refund if they request admission cancellation within 07 days from the date of admission confirmation, after paying the annual course fee in full.
– If a student violates college rules, disregards regulations, or faces attendance-related issues post-course commencement, their admission may be canceled at the discretion of the Principal, with no fee reimbursement.

Procedure for Admission Cancellation:
1) Candidates wishing to cancel admission must visit the Office of Admissions and submit a cancellation request letter. Alternatively, they can authorize someone else in writing to carry out the cancellation process by submitting an ‘authorization letter’ in the specified format.
2) Complete the admission cancellation form provided by the office.
3) Submit the original fee receipt, document submission receipt, and any other documents received from the college.
4) Obtain acknowledgment from the office for the cancellation request.
5) The office will communicate the date for collecting original documents and, if applicable, the fee refund.
6) Fee refunds will be made via account payee cheque only, as online transfers are not feasible due to bank processes and specifications.
Please note that we do not accept email, telephonic, or courier/postal communications for the cancellation/refund process.
